No, this does not mean that Eye of Eternity or Naxxramas will have the same difficulty layout as the new upcoming Crusaders' Coliseum. The new format will only be applied to this particular tier of content.

This is sort of a test run for this format, so we will be watching the situation very carefully to see how the reaction to the new raid modes lean.

I am telling you now i am not liking this

it will be grind 10 man for 2months
grind 10man hero for 2 months
grind 25 normal for 2 months
grind 25hero for 2 months

i love to do content but making us grind the same thing 4 times will not help it will just make the content more grindy

i say go back to making content set to 10 man 25 man or 40 man without any hero junk so we get an epic feeling entering a raid not "AWW its only normal mode i am doing the easy mode of this raid i am bad"

You're only going to need to go through each normal dungeon one time in order to enter the corresponding heroic version of that dungeon. This will happen in the natural course of play for the majority of players. It is very rare for players to simply begin playing the hardest possible content and we feel that, if it were the case that they could, it may have detrimental effects for those players. They would be, in essence, throwing themselves at a brick wall over and over again until they reached a very demoralizing point.

More lockouts = more gear to grind

That's not exactly the case. More lockouts means more opportunities for gear upgrades and the ability for our development team to really make seamless and difficult encounters without having a gimmicky activation component. We can do that and still offer a very friendly environment to players who still want to move up in gear, but don't have the time to dedicate to the more extreme content.
