I'm truly sorry if your carrier or phone does not support the Mobile Authenticator.
We will continue to explore our options for making the Mobile Authenticator available to as many of our customers as we possibly can. This can be a challenge due to the great variety of different cellular networks and the particular demands of the authenticator application itself.
