Talking negatively about Blizz a violation?

Over the last several weeks, I have seen dozens of trending threads that criticize Blizzard, asking for a call to action on their part, and every single one of them has been deleted.

Where is the ToS violation here?

Discussing actions privately taken against a forum or in-game account is to remain private and not publicly posted about.
