I've been hacked!

today i logged in to find that two of my characters are completely naked, broke, and have empty bags (and a few missing bags too)

i opened a ticket to get my stuff recovered
but im wondering if there is anything else i can do to maybe speed up the process,
or let blizzard know in different way


all suggestions are helpful!

To clarify on this statement just a bit, Ordgar, Account Services can assist a player in getting access back to the account, but they do not have the ability to perform restorations. Restorations are conducted by the Game Masters.

You are on the right track here, Vazar. What you need to determine is how the compromise occurred to begin with. Did you reply to a phishing email? Perhaps update or download any add-ons? Log into the game from another computer?

Have you scanned your computer looking for any keyloggers or Trojans? If not, please take the time to review the following articles.



Also, consider getting yourself an authenticator. This will help protect the account from compromises in the future:
