While the suggestions are not bad, Laze, most of the restrictions you listed have already been implemented for trial account users.
Unfortunately gold spammers will generally use compromised accounts to spam their sites and these accounts will often times already have characters above level 10. Not to mention that by applying more restrictions to low level character we are taking away those experiences for new and legitimate players. In other words, we'd like to fight gold sellers without punishing the real players.
One of the best ways to stop gold spammers is for players to stop giving them a reason to sell gold in the first place. We constantly remind players of the negative impact gold buying has on our game. If you haven't yet, i'd like you to read up on it.
