Character Update Process, unable to login

I keep trying to log into a couple different toons of mine. It keeps telling me I cannot log in until the character update process I initiated is complete.

I did not initiate any kind of anything, so I am not sure what the problem is

And this message only appears for the characters which were previously transferred, correct?

Yes that is correct. It still shows on the transactions page that the transfers were successful. Yet I cannot log into them on the target realm/account, and they are not showing up on the old account/realm. It's a new problem as I have been playing on them for most of the morning today.

As your Paid Character transfer were denied, they need to be moved back. PCT reversals, much like your original transfer requests, are processed in the order they are received or initiated. They enter a queue, essentially, and do take some time to complete—between 1 hour to 24 hours, normally. Until the moves are fully processed, you will be unable to log into each affected character.

If this persists until Monday (tomorrow), Yoek, go ahead and give our Billing & Account Services department a call. Our Billing offices will be open at 8am tomorrow morning.
