The realm status page usually updates automatically, Hujonn, currently the realms are online, so it is accurate.

yes, Hærtlëss, though it seems to be confined to non-Battle.net accounts only.

The issues with Whirlwind and Emberstorm seem to have been resolved at the moment as those realms are online. Though the authentication issue may be preventing others from testing this out.

SIlvermoon is now having problems with Authenticating as well. I logged onto my guild's Ventrilo server, and none of them were able to log past Authenticating either, so I think the problem is spreading past the two battlegroups you fixed.
The issue is not spreading, the original issue that the two battlegroups were experiencing had nothing to do with authentication.
