me and my brother are trying to level up using the RaF but his account got hacked and they used mods and hacks while on it then deleted the char from his account so he didnt notice till his account was closed for compromisation. monday he finally got his account back but then teusday at like 12:30ish they banned his account for the hacks used. the character was still showing up on his armory pag yesterday if that helps it was named ********* on the medivh server. and we would like to kno how long it will take to resolve this since RaF does have limited time. A char on his account is ******* on muradin dk.

Thank you for providing the information necessary to look into the issue at hand, Aalan. Unfortunately I cannot provide you any personal details concerning the account as you are not the registered account holder.

I can advise though, that once the investigation into the account compromise has been completed your brother will receive an email alerting him of such. =)
