Lag and Disconnects

Please help, two nights in a row a few of our raiders kept getting disconnected from server and looks like its that way tonight to. Also I'm not being able to get back on in a timely manner and the one time I did get right back in I got disconnected before I was even in. This is currently on Lightbringer.

I believe our Technicians are aware of the reports, folks, I'll see what I can find out.

Can you list where you are experiencing the increased latency (i.e. in an instance or another area)?

Under what conditions you are being disconnected (i.e. Boss fight, zoning, etc...)?

From what I can tell we do have an increased number of petitions regarding latency but it seems that this may be isolated to a specific region or service provider.

For those experience an increased amount of latency, which seems to be happening on the Whirlwind and Emberstorm battlegroups, can you list your service provider and the approximate location of where you are playing from?

That isn't necessary a specific issue with the realm, Zuki, if you are the only one that is getting disconnected you may want to visit our Technical Support Forum for troubleshooting steps.

Honestly I'm not absolutely certain, Akihiko. We haven't received any additional reports either it is as if whatever was causing it has just stopped. Perhaps there was an issue along the route to connect to the realm and depending on your location/ISP it was causing latency/disconnections.

Our technicians will continue to monitor the issue though, hopefully they'll be able to track down what the cause is.
