Sent BoA Items to Deleted Character

Well, I made a big mistake... I sent 2 BoA items: Baby Blizzard Bear and Polished Spaulders of Valor to a warrior character I planned to play named Grayth. A few days passed, and I changed my mind about playing him... so I deleted him.

I forgot to retrieve his mail and send it back before deleting him. ><

I have already submitted a ticket, but would like to know: even though the character was deleted, is there still a default 3 days or whatever where unopened mail is sent back? Or does that not happen if the character has been deleted? Any information is much appreciated.

I'm more worried about the pet than the shoulders... considering I could buy the shoulders again still.

Edit: The character I sent it from was my main character... Dhomeli, if that helps.

Thanks for the response... but does that still apply to a deleted character? Just wondering.

The default time is still 30 days.

If you just keep your petition open we may be able to help returning it a bit earlier considering the circumstances. =)

will the issue still be looked at/be able to be resolved?

Yup. =)

Just make sure to include all of the information regarding the issue as you can. ^_^

What happens if someone else creates a character by that name? Do they get the mail, or does it get lost in a 'refund limbo' and nobody gets it until the 30 days is up?

You can't send mail to a deleted character.

However, you can send mail to a character and then delete it. ;)

I was trying to be sneaky with that answer. =P

Essentially, if you send a character with name "X" mail and it is then deleted, that character is still the one you sent the mail to. Any new characters made with the name "X" would have nothing to do with the previous one. =)
