Error on character load screen

It looks like both Windrunner and Dragonmaw will be restarted shortly to address this issue. I'll post the link to the Service Status post as soon as it is made.

Other than a mild accusation that perhaps Blizzard doesn't do enough to protect your account everything necessary to resolve your issue should be available in those stickies. I'm not certain what else we could do, after all we don't have access to your security measures nor can we prevent you from visiting suspect sites and picking up malicious programs or prevent you giving out your account information either in person or by answering a phishing e-mail. Our systems are secure.

Bonechewer is working, Tagyslan, there may still be some instance issues but the this thread is about the Error retrieving character list that people were getting.
