Maybe I'm out of the loop, but I only know of the BoA shoulders as the current gear to increase exp gain. I see that there are chests via the Argent Tourney in 3.2 that also list a 10% exp gain.

Simple question... do they stack?

The benefit from these two pieces does, indeed, stack.
