You should be able to make the appropriate purchase/download on the main page:

Q u o t e:
Yes, I have the Blackberry Pearl 8100.
It sent me the txt then asking for the verify code i put that in and then it said it is charging the 0.99c to my phone bill. but never asked me to download the authenticator to my phone.

when i go to DOWNLOAD THE BATTLE.NET MOBILE AUTHENTICATOR it says

Download for the iPhone and iPod touch
Download for Korean carriers
Download for US/EU carriers (Coming Soon)

but the "download for US/EU carriers" is still grey and cant click on it.

To confirm, you stayed on the Mobile Application Purchase page that asked for your phone number, then you entered the pin number into the field and submitted it on that same page?

After that was done you should have received a confirmation text letting you know it was a success. You should have also received a separate multimedia browser message as defined in the FAQ on downloading:

Q u o t e:
Step 7: An SMS text message or browser message (WAP Push) will be sent to your phone. Use your cell phone (not your computer) to connect to the Internet and go to the link provided in the SMS text or browser message.
Important: Your cell phone must have the correct WAP settings in order for this to function properly. Please contact your mobile network provider or carrier if you need help configuring your cell phone for WAP.

From there you should be prompted to download the client just fine. I am not sure how you would be directed to a page which does not allow the download as I just successfully completed it and was able to confirm with another user as well. You may wish yo contact your provider or carrier if the issue persists, or contact Customer Service for the mobile content, Echovox.

you can find the full contact information on our Mobile Blizzard site but I will provide a direct link to the customer service page here for you :)
