12hr Tickets, Instance limets, paid services

GM Tickets are taking 12-24 hours, if you try to run an instance after noon you get the rest of the day by "Additional instances can not be launched", China still hasn't gotten WotLK -- that's half your community, you're already rushing the next expansion and you seem to be throwing paid services left and right to scrape up any $ you can.

What the heck is going on, Blizzard?

I don't have any further update beyond what we stated here: http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=18031082483&sid=1 but we are continuing to work on the additional instances cannot be launched issue and have been making progress, unfortunately it is unseen progress to many people. We will provide further updates in the future when we can.
