Transfer problem - mail related

I’m posting for a friend of mine because his account doesn’t have any time on it, therefore he can’t post on the forums to seek help. My friend Noxel (on the realm Lothar) is trying to transfer his character, but his account currently doesn’t have any time on it. Since he doesn’t have any time on the account, he can’t log on to delete the mail it says he has. This is the message he received upon clicking to transfer:
The character you are trying to transfer has mail in his or her mailbox, or inbound mail that hasn't arrived yet (possibly from a quest). Please wait until all inbound mail has arrived and make sure your mailbox is empty before trying again.
Is there any way he can still transfer the character without having to pay the $30 subscription fee just to delete incoming mail? If so, please post it here. He will be watching this thread for advice.

Since this isn't your account, he'll need to write [email protected] and request this be done. That needs to come from the registered address of that account. I am a bit curious why he wouldn't be posting on the other account that does have time on it, the one he is wishing to transfer to.

He said the other account is innactive as well, but he will resume playing tomorrow. How long does it typically take to receive a response once [email protected] has been notified of the problem? What exactly should he say the problem is?

He just needs to tell them the account that is inactive and request that the mail in it be cleared so he can transfer. May take a day or so, but not all that long.

Also, despite what was stated in the email from Blizz, he is still unable to transfer his character because of the mail issue. The GM that sent him this is "Xetherian".

I am very sorry, someone is misinformed.

Do you know the character/realm of the character he is trying to transfer?
