Connectivity Issue - Rampage Battlegroup

Greetings, all!

We are currently looking into an issue which is preventing players from logging into realms found within the Rampage Battlegroup. We have notified the appropriate parties and are currently awaiting additional information. Updates will be provided in this thread as soon as information becomes available.

Please keep all discussion isolated within this thread to ensure information is easily distributed to each affected player -- additionally created threads will be locked and/or deleted.

I just wanted to mention that for the few of us still online on Stormreaver, there are no NPCs or mobs, you can't teleport anywhere, certain spells won't work (when I try to fish, the line appears and immediately disappears), and in Wintergrasp, the keep has no walls at all.

Edit: Group invites aren't working either.

I'm terribly sorry for and confusion folks.

We are still working to bring these realms back online and may be conducting a few restarts in the meantime. I'll be sure to let you know as soon as the realms become fully accessible once more.

Thanks again for your outstanding display of patience despite the obvious frustration this issue may have caused.

Hm? I'm not quite sure what you mean, Kirabo.

As far as I'm aware, no one has placed any blame on you, the end user. We recognized that this was a database issue immediately and sought to remedy it as quickly as possible.

My sincerest apologies if it seemed as if we were placing any blame on you all -- that was definitely not our intention.

If you're still experiencing issues logging into to specific realms or zones, please let me know. The name of the realm and the continent you're on should be sufficient.

So far I have Spinebreaker (Northrend and Eastern Kingdoms) and Gorgonnash (Northrend) experiencing issues. Any others?

Could very well be due to the influx of logins.


If you're currently stuck logging into the game or do not have the opportunity to select a realm for the realm selection screen it is likely that you are experiencing a different issue altogether. Please complete the following troubleshooting steps:

Spinebreaker and Gorgonnash will be restarted briefly to address persisting World Server issues.

Please let me know if you have any difficulties logging onto these realms after the realm has been restarted.
