I have talked to many people in game and a little less than half of them say that Blizzard removed this rare spawning NPC from the game. I would appreciate it if a GM could post the truth about the Time-Lost Proto Drake.

It's still there, just not alive for very long periods of time as it is often killed quickly and it takes its on sweet time on respawning.
