Sorry for the delay, Enza, I was trying to gather some information. It seems this is affecting the Cyclone and Reckoning battlegroups.
Our Technicians believe they have found the cause of the issue and they are in the process of resolving it. As soon as I find out more I will pass it along.

You are welcome to request such a thing on the Suggestion Forum, Stabbyhobo, but we have never offered transfers due to a technical issue. We investigate the issue and work to resolve it so everyone can play with as much stability and as little latency as possible.

They are going through those systems and making sure that each one is comes back online so that all instances become available once more.
I'll provide what updates I can and let you know if the situation changes.

This forum is mainly here to address in-game issues, Grabeth. We are trying to provide what updates we can regarding this issue when we receive them but that is not the function of this forum.
If I jumped in the thread every 15 minutes to say I don't have anything new to tell you, people would simply demand to know why.

- Thank you all for the feedback. This issue is still being looked into, I simply wanted to retest for the Realm Technicians. We do not have an update for you, as of yet, but we will continue to keep you posted with any news we receive.

If an ETA was available, Gritseater, I would be more than happy to pass that along. However, just because this issue has been going on for a few hours now does not mean we have an ETA as to when it might be resolved.

Our Realm Technicians have made several more adjustments and are expecting instances to be restarted shortly. At which we hope to have this issue resolved and everyone should be in the clear to continue game play as desired.
I’ll post an update as to when that is, but wanted to give you all the information that was passed along to me.
