No Titan's Grip in Q/A ?

One of the most talked about and debated things for warriors is TG. Why was it not even addressed? If I recall the Questions were littered with fury questions. Are we to derive from the Q/A that the 100 extra attack power in 3.2 is the cure all for warrior dps?

I can't imagine there are any remaining issues to discuss in the very dead, dead horse that is the Titan's Grip discussion. We like the way it works. We think the penalty is appropriate. We want it to be an attractive talent and we balance and itemize assuming Fury warriors want two two-handed weapons.

We understand some players are going to disagree with any or all of the above, but we didn't think there were any questions that really threw new light on the issue.

Please forgive these answers being so brief, but what I see in this thread:

Titan's Grip isn't a dps boost!
-- demonstrably false

Titan's Grip doesn't scale!
-- demonstrably false

Titan's Grip shouldn't provide a penalty so close to another talent that gives us a bonus!
-- well, talent tree aesthetics is a concern, but not a huge one.

Titan's Grip warriors can't do competitive Ulduar dps
-- this is harder to falsify or not. However, there are several warriors in this very thread who argue that warrior dps is exactly where it should be. When you just disregard those players and say "Everyone knows our dps is lol," you don't present a very compelling argument.

I don't like Titan's Grip because I want to use one-handed weapons
-- this is fair. We just took the class in a different design direction.

I don't like Titan's Grip because it makes such a big swing, while there are other Fury talents that seem negligible.
-- also fair, and why I said in the QA that we are going to look at a lot of those talents. It's a big task however. If we make say Booming Voice and Unbridled Wrath a big dps boost, then we have to compensate by nerfs elsewhere. There is a risk that's going to feel pretty [expletive] in the middle of an expansion.
