I'm sorry for what inconvenience this may cause you, Profligate. Our Billing Staff is answering as many calls as they can as quickly as possible but the volume of calls that are received on Monday is a bit high.

Keep at it. As the others mentioned, if you are the registered user on the account you'll need to be the one that speaks with Billing.
