Problem Processing Credit Card

Hello There

I tried to open-up a transfer for my character.
I've read many things on the forums saying charges can apply even when pending!

If I enter my payment and credit card information, then I click on '' Continue '', and a error message appears:

'' An error has occurred on this page. We encountered a problem processing this credit card.
Please contact Billing & Account Services for further assistance. ''

Ok, first,

I contacted blizzard multiple times and got no answers from a technician yet, which is bad because I've been paying 4 years for this damn game.

Secand,

Am I gonna get charged for trying the re-put my payment information 2-3 times to see if the error would be overcome? If yes, to hell with Blizzard.

I really want to get my character transfered, so please, help me, Blue.

BTW the cost is 19.99$ for buying the game, 1 month + game included

The situation at hand has a couple of steps involved right now. If you are unable to purchase a retail copy of the game and also seem to be having issues with the site, you can call the Billing & Account Services department to try processing the card on their end. There is no guarantee it will go through but in some cases where the site is not able to process it, a phone representative can.

One would want to review their cards policies on pending charges regarding a current or pending balance. If the transactions are holding as pending, they will continue to do so in line with your financial institutions policies. Most normally drop pending charges within a few business days, but you will need to confirm with them to make sure. Once the funds have returned to the card, that is when you would want to try the transaction again.
