Well I 'visited' my account page and it appears my account as being still active and still being billed via phone bill.
"Account Status:
Active
This account is active and can be used for playing."
I also and unable to cancel my subscription and re-subscribe to possibly fix this problem.....which is rather annoying.
So if you could, please enlighten me to the reason this is happening.
