American Express gift cards and Transfer

I'm wondering if I'll be able to transfer one of my character from one realm to another by getting a 25-dollar American Express gift cards. Will that work without any problem?

Pre-paid gift cards are an acceptable form of payment for our online paid character services (PCT, PCNC, and CRC); however, we are unable to guarantee that all forms of pre-paid gift cards will be compatible. To better increase your card's compatibility, first register the card online and then ensure that it possesses enough funds to account for the full service charge (in this case, $25 USD) and the $1 USD verification, also known as a "ghost charge." :)
