Confirm that Faction Change is still planned?

Can we just get a confirmation that faction changing is still planned?

This doesn't make a lot of sense, it can't be both deleted and in the archive at the same time. If it's in the archive it's there for everybody to reference as it is still relevant information. There is just nothing more to share on it at this time so you will have to wait for further updates for more information.

Edit: Just for clarification, information in the archive can eventually become outdated and inaccurate but it is still there for reference as we don't delete things from the archive very often.
