YOu know that instance is full thing where you can't launch addition instances? What happens if someone tries to log in WHILE in an instance? Would this likely be a result of that?
And yes, a comprimise was my main concern :)
While I can't necessarily verify that exact scenario at the level I can see, that is quite a likely possibility.
Beats not being able to log in :)
