Account permanently disabled?!?!

Hello, My son has been playing WoW for a little over a year now and has a few friends that play too. One day he and his friends had a free raffle for 1k gold and he won. A little while after that his subscription ran out, and just a week or two ago he bought a card for his account and when he went to activate it he got a message that his account was permanently disabled for economy exploitation. I would like to know what we can do to fix this problem.

You will want to contact our Account Administration Department regarding this. If he is a minor, this should be in a parent or guardian's name - and the account holder is the one that needs to contact us from the registered email address.
