As to why TWO very polite posts that had no complaining or anything have now been removed without so much as a word to me.

I'm a long time player and I have not seen such shoddy customer service in a long while.

Please actually explain else how the hell am I / we to understand why?

Hm, looks to me like you're posting about a previously moderated thread. That usually comes with a pretty stiff penalty. In the future, I suggest you avoid doing so.
