Account holder name change

Am I able to change the last name on my account? There's nothing I saw online in the account maint. page regarding how to go about changing you account name if your legal name has changed.

Please advise. It may not seem like that big of a deal, but I would like my name to be the same everywhere.

If you are looking to update the name on your account after a legal name change has occurred, then this is something the Billing department can normally assist with. Please note that due to security concerns, we would require additional verification to be provided in order to confirm that the update being made is accurate.

With that said, you should receive an email in a short while at the registered address for the account you are currently posting from with additional instructions regarding this procedure, Kamillia.
