Account Name: **********
Account Action: 72 Hour Suspension
Reason for Action: Terms of Use Violation - Economy Exploitation

After a thorough investigation, we have found that a player of the account listed above participated in activities designed to gain an unfair advantage in the World of Warcraft economy.

So I got dced from the server this morning and couldnt get back online. Checked my mail and there was an e-mail from wowaccounts saying that.
Could you please tell me what I did?
Because no proof or anything was mailed, just that.

I dont sell/buy gold.
I dont buy things for cheap prices n put it higher on the AH.
I use regular add ons like Deadly Boss Mods, Pally power...
I use wowtunnels servers (www.wowtunnels.com) to get lower pings since I play from Brazil.

If any blue can check whats the reason of my suspension, I will provide further information about the account. :)

Also since my account have never been warned/suspended, how I already got a 72 hour + Final Warning? Thats supposed to be the last action you take before you perm ban. /scared

Thanks

Actually, without more information, I'm unable to verify what occurred in this case, though I have my suspicions. If you provide the name and realm of a character on the affected account, then I may be in a position to provide a course of action.

Regardless, any way you slice it, the only appropriate means of disputing an account action is email contact with our Account Administration staff. You can contact them from your registered email address at [email protected].
