Yes, you purchased the game and yes you pay a monthly subscription but we can't monitor you and prevent you from giving out your account information, answering phishing attempts or picking up malicious programs or accessing your account from an unsecured computer.

We have some protections in place but there is a limit to what can be done from our end regarding your behavior.

How long it has been since you last logged in is irrelevant. Keyloggers and other malicious programs can reside on your system for awhile. They can also gain your information but not utilize it for weeks or months. It should also be pointed out that a keylogger isn't necessarily detected as a virus, nor are all methods of detection guaranteed to find malicious programs such as this.

We recommend that you use multiple methods to scan for these programs.

That I can understand, Elthalas, please note that our hours used to be 9-5 AM PST Monday - Friday. They have been expanded and are now 8 AM to 8 PM PST and are 7 days a week. :) I"m sorry for what inconvenience this has caused you.
