Account is not upgrading from trial

One of my friends send me a Refer a Friend yesterday. I upgraded my account from the trial version so that I would be able to level with him to 60 and enjoy all of the other benefits, but for some reason it says that I must wait for 10 days before it upgrades. Is there any way I can skip the 10 day trial period and go straight to a full account?

Thanks in advance.

Hey there, Desparon! I've a few questions for you:

    1) Did you upgrade digitally or with a boxed copy?
    2) If digitally, are noticing that you unable to level past 20 or skill up your professions past 100?
    3) If so, have you fully exited the client and logged back in since your upgrade?

The reason I ask is because digital upgrades will retain temporary trial restrictions for up to 72 hours after your purchase. These restrictions will affect your ability to speak in public channels, use mailboxes and auctions houses, and trade with other players (for example), but not to level or skill up. These latter two restrictions drop off immediately, but sometimes require a complete relog to fully apply. :)

Q u o t e:
Is there anything that can be done without waiting the 72 hours?

If you upgraded digitally, you'll need to wait it out, Zenoz. 72 hours is just an approximation, though, and only refers to the time period wherein your payment is being verified. For you, it might only take 48 hours, but that depends on when the verification goes through. :)
