How to pass guild lead?

Is there a way to pass guild lead to a char that is not online? Is there a way to share the guild master rank?

At this time, Drushku, there is no way to share the rank of Guild Master. You can set up restriction levels so that they have fee range of everything, but you would, ultimately, be the one and only Guild Master.

As for the option to pass off guild leadership to another player; /gleader <PlayerName> - Sets another player as the guild leader, unfortunately it is required that the player is online at the time. If you are unable to pass leadership off to anyone else, then you do have the option of disbanding the guild, though: /gdisband
