Unable to socket items

I recently transfered this toon and I am unable to socket any of her items. I tried logging into my account from another computer and it still wouldn't work. I disabled all my addons and deleted my WTF folder and ran a repair and I still can't socket jems on this one toon. I am able to socket jems on my other toons.

I'd try a full reset UI again, just to rule that out. You mention the WTF folder - there are actually 3 folders involved in a full and proper reset UI.

To do a full reset UI, you will want to save your addons in another spot if you wish to preserve them.

Then rename/delete or move your WTF, Cache and Interface folders while WoW is shutdown. Reboot your system.

Note, if you are running Vista make sure your permissions are set so it does not undo your changes.
