hi. i am playing from india and i have a billing problem with my account. i am not able to use the phone numbers that are displayed on the blizzard website, so i was wondering if a blue can give me some contact number that i can use to get in touch with them.

Nope! Both methods are perfectly acceptable and interchangeable provided a Billing related category is selected from the drop down menu.
