Hi Blizzard, I seem to be at a bit of a Stand-Point here with you guys. It seems that my

has been banned due to advertising by a character Lblizz"something" a level 1 troll account that i personaly did not make!

I do not know how this happened or why this happened, i do have secure control of my email and passwords. but however during this event i had be hacked/disconnected and password changed. i have several emails that i have in my inbox still of my attempts to recover my account which i had done so promptly after being so abrubtly disconnected on my paladin quest. i had gotted disconected 2x and password changed. upon the 3rd attempt to recover my account it became clear that i was hacked.
after attempting to log back in after the 3rd time i was promted with the message saying that my account was temporarily disabled for 24 hours. i figured ok this is a good thing... at least my things will remain intact on my characters. i scanned my computer that night and everything trying to make sure that there wasnt a key logger on my computer. which i didnt find one :/ i scanned 2x on full computer but nothing had turned up.

i can tell you i was messaged about 2-5minutes before the disconnection of a Lblizz acc telling me about the new mounts that were coming out. and if i wanted a free trial i should visit "uscryg-worldofwarcraft.com" which i had gone to. logged in and much like the change of email where it asks you to put in your WOW Key, or the secrete question and answer. well i had done so and sure enough i was told that you blizzard would be in contact as soon as possible regarding the new mounts being added to my account...

the hacking happened right after i had done this, like not even 2 minutes after.

just the other day i had found out that my account was banned for longer, and i have made several attempts to contact accountsupport via email. which they have not yet responeded to, but i did in fact recieve a letter asking me what i thought of blizzard support, which i had very sadly filled out as a negative report. seeing has how not one of my problems have come to light nor a single word except that i was banned for..1sec let me pull up message as to why i as banned : /

It sounds as though these situations likely have come about due to account compromises.

If your account was suspended due to actions taken while your account was compromised, it may be necessary to dispute the account action by contacting our Account Administration department via email at [email protected]. You can also report the compromise itself via this address. Be sure that any contact with Account Administration occurs exclusively from the email address registered to your account.

Also, it is very important that you please ensure that your computer is secure. You may find the following thread contains quite useful information for this purpose:

** Computer Security Recommendations **
http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=1778038509&sid=1

After you've done all that, it's time to report the compromise and recover your account.

This thread covers the majority of the pertinent information related to an account compromise, including how to recover your account, how to report the compromise, as well as some of the complications that can occur:

After your computer is secure and your account has been recovered, it is also important to change your account password, as well as the password to your registered email address. After you regain access to your account, it might be prudent to create a new email address that you use exclusively as the registered email address for your World of Warcraft account. When selecting the username and password for this email address, ensure that none of the information overlaps with that of your WoW account or with any other service you may use (guild websites, Facebook, MySpace, etc). Register this new address to your account and do not use it for anything else: no additional registrations, no guild websites, no newsletter sign-ups, et al.

A Blizzard Authenticator can bring not only a valuable layer of added security for your account, but peace of mind as well.
You can find out more about the Authenticator via this FAQ, the second link leads to the Blizzard store where you can purchase an Authenticator of your own:

Good luck!
