The instance aren't working, a large portion of the game is unplayable because of it. I don't really believe bliz is doing enough, its been like this for 4-5 months, how long we suppose to pay and not be able to fully enjoy the game? How much of the game can bliz take away before customers wake up? maybe when we can't go past the character creation screen, maybe then there's going to be uproar. I know i can't justify paying for this, and having to waste hours trying to run instances... so later ill cancel my account, im curious to see what lame excuse the folks at billing will give me.
