RaF Triple Xp glitch. - Blue Tracker

I have been trying to get a RaF account up and running for my friend and everything looks good on paper.... even in my combat log it says i'm getting the xp... yet when i add how much i should have to how much i get in reality it's only giving me the amount before the triple raf comes into play.

any help would be appreciated.

Not a problem at all, Soy! Can you try turning in another quest, while grouped with a character that you are linked with, and tell me what it says in the Combat Log? Once you do this, we can reevaluate.
