RAF Grant A Level problem

I recruited myself and I am trying to grant levels to my veteran account. I do not wish to grant them just yet, but when I right clicked my portrait the option to grant my veteran account levels "Grant A Level" was grayed out. My characters are at level twenty now (just a forum bug) and I have upgraded to a normal account on the recruited character (this one).

I was looking up solutions and I have found that sometimes the talent tree bugs it as I saw a GM said on the European customer help forums.

My veteran account was also a recruited account (someone else referred me) which I purchased the game with the free month. I have not setup a recurring subscription with that one yet I'm still on the free month from purchasing the game.


I want to make sure that Grant A Level works before I spend time leveling up.
