There is a crucial difference between witnessing something, and that something being against the rules.
If you should happen to observe behavior that you believe to be exploitative while playing World of Warcraft, please submit an in-game petition reporting it, along with the exact name and realm of the character in question. Our staff will be more than happy to investigate the situation.
