Zarhym, you are officially my favorite Blizz employee since Eyonix told Shammys to reroll and stop whining. As a former Customer Service rep, I am familiar with how aggravating it can be to have to smile and kiss arse when whining, ignorant customers decide to whine and be ignorant.
It gives me (and people in customer service everywhere) a sense of vindication to see someone such as yourself telling people how it is and not taking crap from the playerbase.. Please keep up the good work, and don't ever stop shooting down these wrong-headed fools who mistakenly think they understand the first damn thing about developing an MMO.
