Server Shutdown - Crushridge

Alright so Crushridge has done a Server Shut down with no warning what so ever and nothing on the service forums or a Blue responce on our realm forums. Can we get any feed-back on this so that we are not sitting here pulling out our hair for no reason?

Is there an estimated time as far as how long the server will be down?
Is this a quick fix for the Instance issues that have been happening?
Or is this for something totally different?

Any information at this point would be very nice.

Greetings all —

It would appear that there was an issue that needed to be addressed immediately and as such the realm was brought down. I do not have an ETA for when the issue will be resolved, but we hope to have the realm up again pretty quickly. When I'm apprised of any new information, you'll be the first to know.

We are currently aware of an issue affecting Crushridge and the realm is currently offline. We expect downtime to be approximately another 15 minutes. We thank you for your continued patience.

Hey all —

Unfortunately, it would appear that it's going to take a bit longer than previously expected to alleviate this issue. Please bear with us while we work to correct the issue.

The issue is still being worked on and our staff is not just going to abandon the issue; unfortunately, I do not have an additional ETA at this time.

I know that you guys are frustrated about the realm being down, but work is progressing on the issue at hand. We've inquired as to a possible ETA on when the issue will be resolved; as always, when we have more information we'll let you know.

Another update for all of you:

Crushridge is up and accepting players at this time. We are continuing to monitor the realm for any additional issues and will keep this forum updated should any arise. Thank you for your patience and understanding while these issues were addressed.
