We at Blizzard appreciate your comments and care about your concerns.

We regret to inform you that we have decided to remove the balance tree from the druid class. We have instead implemented a SKYLAZERSPEWPEWIONCANNON class which will operate much like the current druid balance spec.

We encourage anyone who thinks they would enjoy the SKYLAZERSPEWPEWIONCANNON class to give them a try. The class will be available to Ewoks only, a race which will be added with the expansion, at which point the druid class will be removed from the game to avoid further confusion regarding the druid's role in raiding.
