Heirloom Account bound Items

Hi all, I tried to search for this but came up empty handed. I am trying to send a set of shoulders to a toon on MY account, but on a different server then my own. The Heirloom items say account bound and everytime I try to send the item, to my other toon, on the other server (same account) I get a player cannot be found. Any help would be great. Thank you all so much.

At present, Bind on Account items may only be transferred through our in-game mailing system. Thus, all in-game mailing restrictions (same realm, same faction, etc) apply to the tranference of BoA items. You've my sincere apologies for any confusion, Harthvada! With that said, if you happen to possess a BoA item in a character's inventory at the time of that character's transfer, the item will move happily between accounts or between realms. Once the character arrives at its destination, it can then share the item with all eligible characters (that are of the same realm and faction, of course). :)
