Hinterlands Question

What is in the northeast corner of Hinterlands? When you cross the river there is a section that is completely impassible. You cannot access it from Eastern Plaguelands either. Is Blizzard going to add something there? There are no trails that lead inside. I'm curious if anyone knows the answer to this.
Currently the answer is that nothing is there.
