Invalid Credit Card Number

Hello, all.
I'm attempting to upgrade my trial account into a full one, and when I go and enter all the credit card information on the Account Management page, it comes up with an error saying "Invalid Credit Card Number."
This credit card is already being used to pay for another subscription, could that be a part of the problem?
Also, I heard there is a way to do this through PayPal, yet I see no PayPal payment option. Is that service down, or am I going blind?

Any help is appreciated.

While PayPal is currently available to be used for recurring subscriptions, we do not offer it as a payment option for a Direct Online Upgrade at this time.

If you have already confirmed that all billing information is being entered correctly including the zip/postal code for the cards billing address, then you may want to try clearing the cache and all temporary internet files on your internet browser. Additionally, you may even want to try using a different browser entirely.
