While PayPal is currently available to be used for recurring subscriptions, we do not offer it as a payment option for a Direct Online Upgrade at this time.
If you have already confirmed that all billing information is being entered correctly including the zip/postal code for the cards billing address, then you may want to try clearing the cache and all temporary internet files on your internet browser. Additionally, you may even want to try using a different browser entirely.
