Banned 72 hours for FL exploit

The story: Me and some guildmates were put on a 72 hour suspension for exploiting a bug on the Flame Leviathan fight in Ulduar. I won't go into detail about the bug, as the CM's I'm sure are aware of the particular nature that caused these suspensions. I will say that there are cases in which the exploit is initiated completely by accident. And while I think this was our case, I don't feel there is any way to prove this, so I'm not going to argue for that. Ignorance isn't a defense, and I'll serve my suspension.

The problem is, we have several guildies that have received suspension as well who weren't ever a part of this event. We feel it's more of a "guilty by association" situation, as it seems all of our guildies that have attempted Flame Leviathan before the fix of the bug in question all received suspensions, while the guildies who have only attempted after this fix did not. But as I stated, 2 or 3 of our guildmates received this suspension without ever being a part of our run in question.

What I am asking is this: Is there someone to call to be able to physically talk to to inquire about the exact date of the alleged violation? Email correspondance with the account administration has been no help thus far. We would like to help make their case, as we believe they weren't included in this infraction. If it helps, this is the name of my main account that has been suspended:

Xerous
Galakrond realm

I know a CM cannot post this information in the forum, but maybe they can send and email to my registered address to the above account, if possible, with the date of the alleged infraction. Also a GM's name would be helpful if available, as it was not included with the email. I believe this information may be pertinent to help plead the case of our fellow guild mates.

Thank you in advance.

Q u o t e:
And there's still the issue that people not involved in the run still got the suspension.

Anyone that feels they were incorrectly suspended is welcome to dispute the actions taken by contacting our Account Administration department via email at WoWAccountAdmin@Blizzard.com.
