Lost Authenticator TOU Sent...Now What

As I have previously stated, I sold my iPhone before I could remove the Blizzard Authenticator from my account, This obviously resulted in my inability to access my account at all. I was told to fill out the Blizzard TOU form and send it back with a picture ID. I both emailed the form and faxed it yesterday. I just need a timeframe of how long it is going to take to get the Authenticator removed from my account. Thanks.

I am sorry to hear you are unable to access the account at this time, Trickydikk. I can confirm we did receive your email and your fax. All requests are processed in the order received, and we strive to complete them as quickly as possible. I can advise that you will receive an email once your documentation has been processed.
