PTR question...Won't let me log in

I copied some characters to the PTR and downloaded it blah blah blah and when I tried to log in it said "You have used up all your prepaid gametime. Please visit worldofwarcraft.com to renew your subscription." Well I have my credit card up on this account and I can log into live. Why doesn't it let me log in the PTR? I wanna play the new bg!!!!

The Test Realm build is a copy of your account when that build was pushed. If your account was inactive when that build was pushed I'm afraid you will not be able to access the PTR until it is updated again with an active version of your account.

I don't believe the PTR is live at the moment, the Test Realm Forum should become active when the PTR is. .

No idea, the Test Realm is completely under the jurisdiction of Quality Assurance and Dev.

When the Test Realm Forum is live, the PTR should be too. I'd expect it to be fairly soon, since some of the patch notes for that build have already been released. :)
