Account Reactivation Issue

Hi i started a wow account 3 years ago and i quit playing at the time because i couldnt get into the game back then but now i want to play and i cant get my product key to work because its already been used on my old pc and i really dont want to have to buy the game again just for the key. i think i somehow merged my old account with the trial im using now and ive only got a few days left.


can someone please help me?

the name on the account is <removed> and email address it should be under is <removed>

You are not required to purchase new Authentication Keys, Bashal. Once an account is established you should be able to log into it from any computer that has World of Warcraft installed on it. In your case, all you would need to do is set up a new billing payment plan to be able to log into your account. You can do this here: (https://www.worldofwarcraft.com/account/payment-method.html).

If you are unable to log into your account because you are unable to remember some detail or other about the account, then I advise calling Billing ASAP. They are open for a bit longer, and should be able to assist you:
