Can't Log In to My Character

Delete or rename your WTF folders. This helps ensure the issue is not being caused by an unscrupulous addon.
Lower your video settings. If the issue is due to computer performance, this may help by reducing the strain on your system.
Remove all background programs. Same as above.
Add more RAM to your system if applicable. Low memory can cause the system to "time out" and disconnect you when trying to log into populated areas.

If none of those options work, open a ticket from an alternate character under the "Character Stuck" category. Make sure you include the name and realm of the affected character.
